Job summary

Cornerstones of Care in Kansas City, MO, is seeking a Manager of Performance Improvement who will lead data-driven efforts to improve outcomes for children and families served.

The role oversees PI specialists, develops dashboards and reports, analyzes trends, and partners with program leaders to implement proven improvements while ensuring compliance with COA, HIPAA, and accreditation standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; Master's preferred.
• Use of Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in program improvement activities.
• Must pass background check, physical, and drug screening; valid driver's license and insurance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day activities of the Performance Improvement Specialists.
• Develop and monitor dashboards and scorecards; update compliance reports.
• Compile and analyze results for quarterly reports and share trends.
• Collaborate with program leaders to develop and implement improvement initiatives.
• Ensure timely data collection and regular progress reports; make improvement recommendations.
• Use data to maximize and modify program delivery to achieve outcomes.
• Oversee quality improvement efforts to meet COA, HIPAA, and other standards.
• Coordinate with EHR partner to develop reports and support data integrity.
