• Good computer skills and chart review experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a comprehensive Performance Improvement (PI) Program to improve quality, safety, satisfaction and value.
• Create and share best practices; develop/maintain scorecards for Service Lines with outcomes benchmarks.
• Coordinate and manage hospital-wide PI activities and ensure survey readiness; communicate PI and Patient Safety activities to leadership and Board.
