Job summary

Truist seeks an experienced executive operations leader to partner with Technology, Data and Operations (TD&O) to support strategic reporting, performance insights, and leadership communications. You will translate complex information into concise narratives and coordinate inputs across a broad stakeholder community.

You will lead large technology projects, drive process improvements, align operations with tech strategies, and guide senior leaders while developing junior staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education, training, and work-related experience is required.
• Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in business operations or related roles.
• Strong knowledge of business processes, technology applications, and operational management.
• Proficiency in standard office software (Microsoft Office).

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of large technology projects and coordinate operational activities for efficiency and alignment with business objectives.
• Identify, design, and implement process and technology improvements to enhance workflows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align operations with technology strategies and goals.
• Analyze and report on performance metrics to drive improvements.
• Execute on operational technology strategies to support business objectives.
• Integrate innovative solutions to improve outcomes and efficiency.
• Guide external partnerships and cost-optimization efforts where applicable.
• Ensure compliance with policies, regulations, and risk standards.
• Communicate status, risks, and improvement plans to senior leaders.
• Provide coaching and leadership to junior team members.
