Job summary

Truist in Atlanta is seeking a Senior Business Execution Analyst who will own complex workstreams end to end, coordinating across Product, Digital, Technology, Marketing, Operations, Risk and Finance to deliver impact with limited oversight.

You will develop analyses, dashboards and executive-ready materials, translate priorities into concrete plans, manage risks, and ensure governance for key initiatives, while mentoring teammates and maintaining rigorous execution artifacts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and related training.
• 5 years of experience in business execution, operations, analytics, program delivery, consulting, or related roles.
• Demonstrated ability to independently own and deliver complex work with limited oversight.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and synthesis skills, with the ability to turn ambiguity into structured outputs.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience working across multiple functional teams.
• Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software products.
• Ability to travel, occasionally overnight.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage and execute complex workstreams or recurring business processes, owning delivery from problem definition and intake through completion.
• Translate business priorities into concrete execution plans, deliverables, timelines, and tracking mechanisms.
• Develop high‑quality analyses, dashboards, reporting, and decision‑support materials for leadership decision‑making and governance forums.
• Proactively manage dependencies, risks, and issues across cross‑functional partners, driving resolution and escalation as needed.
• Coordinate execution across Product, Digital, Technology, Marketing, Operations, Risk, Finance, and other partners to ensure alignment and follow‑through.
• Support or lead testing, launch readiness, validation, or post‑implementation review activities for initiatives, enhancements, or process changes.
• Maintain execution artifacts, documentation, and controls that enable consistent delivery and operational rigor.
• Craft compelling narratives and executive‑ready presentations for leadership forums. Simplify complex data into clear, visual storytelling that educates and influences.
• Identify execution gaps, operational risks, inefficiencies, and emerging business challenges; develop practical recommendations and drive improvements to strengthen outcomes.
• Serve as a point of reference for less experienced analysts by sharing best practices, reviewing work products, and supporting capability development, without formal people‑management responsibility.
