Partner with senior leaders across Technology, Data and Operations (TD&O) to support strategic reporting, performance insights, executive communications, and leadership review processes. Translate complex operational and business information into concise narratives, presentations, and recommendations that support informed decision-making. Coordinate cross-functional inputs, support governance and planning routines, and communicate priorities, progress, challenges, and strategic objectives across a broad stakeholder community. Lead and support key initiatives that enhance operational effectiveness, strengthen organizational alignment, and drive continuous improvement through technology and process innovation.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED

  2. Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in business operations or related professional roles.
  3. Strong knowledge of business processes, technology applications, and operational management.

Preferred Qualifications
  1. Master’s degree (MBA or related advanced degree) preferred.
  2. Experience supporting executive leadership teams through business management, strategic planning, performance management, governance, or Chief of Staff-related functions.
  3. Demonstrated ability to synthesize complex business, operational, technology, and data insights into concise executive communications, presentations, and recommendations.
  4. Experience developing executive scorecards, KPI reporting, performance reviews, or Board and leadership materials.
  5. Proven ability to build strong partnerships across functions and influence stakeholders without direct authority.
  6. Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and drive initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
