Job summary

Truist seeks a senior operations leader to partner with Technology, Data and Operations (TD&O) and support strategic reporting, performance insights, executive communications, and leadership review processes.

You will translate complex business information into concise narratives, presentations, and recommendations for senior leadership, coordinate governance and planning routines, and drive process improvements and cost optimization across functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education, training, and work-related experience.
• MBA or related advanced degree preferred.
• Experience supporting executive leadership teams through business management and governance.

Responsibilities

• Leads execution of larger technology projects, coordinating operational activities to ensure efficiency and alignment with objectives.
• Translates complex information into concise executive narratives, presentations, and recommendations.
• Coordinates governance and planning routines, communicates priorities and progress to stakeholders.
• Drives process improvements and cost-optimization efforts across functions.
• Mentors junior team members and supports their professional development.
