Job summary

KIPP Capital Region is seeking a Manager of People Strategy and Projects to partner with the Chief People Officer and lead regional people priorities, initiatives, and administrative operations. The role spans project management, executive coordination, talent acquisition planning, and HR process improvements.

Located in Albany, NY with a hybrid work arrangement, the position supports leadership development, stakeholder collaboration, and data-driven reporting to drive organizational impact

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university is preferred.
• High school diploma or GED certificate required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate strategic projects and initiatives for the People Team and region.
• Support the Chief People Officer with administrative priorities and calendar management.
• Lead recruitment project planning and workforce planning activities.
• Assist HR and People Operations initiatives, onboarding, benefits, and policy implementation.
• Coordinate leadership development programs and regional training initiatives.
• Develop trackers, dashboards, and reporting to monitor project milestones.
