KIPP Capital Region is seeking a Manager of School Strategy and Projects to work directly with the Chief Schools Officer to plan, coordinate, and execute regional priorities and initiatives. The role combines project management with executive support across the Schools Team.

Responsibilities include developing project plans, dashboards, and status reports, while coordinating with school leaders and regional departments to ensure timely execution and strong outcomes.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree preferred; High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of professional experience in project management, program coordination, executive support, operations, administration, or related field.
• Experience supporting senior leaders or executive teams, preferably in education, nonprofit, or multi-site environments.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate strategic projects across the Schools Team with the CSO.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, and ownership.
• Manage multiple projects ensuring timely execution and alignment with regional priorities.
• Maintain project trackers, dashboards, and reporting systems.
• Support CSO administrative priorities including scheduling, meetings, and materials preparation.
• Coordinate travel, events, and complex calendars for senior leadership.
• Develop and implement standardized processes to improve efficiency and accountability.
