Job summary

KIPP Capital Region is seeking a Director of Talent Acquisition & Attraction to lead recruitment strategies and a high-volume team across the Albany-area schools. You will drive scalable processes, ensure a strong candidate experience, and partner with Equity and Marketing to elevate the organization’s employment brand.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and several years of leadership in talent acquisition, with hands-on experience in HRIS/ATS systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3+ years in leadership roles managing Talent teams.
• Experience with ATS and HRIS systems.
• Ability to develop talent strategies and programs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full-cycle recruitment and onboarding across the region.
• Lead a high-volume talent acquisition team delivering services to managers and applicants.
• Partner with Equity and Marketing to strengthen EVP and talent branding.
• Ensure compliance with laws, internal policies, and government regulations.
• Develop metrics, SLAs, and tools to measure impact and cost-effectiveness.
