Job summary

KIPP Capital Region is seeking a Manager of People Strategy and Projects to support the Chief People Officer and the People Team in planning and executing regional priorities across Albany and Troy, NY. The role emphasizes project management, executive support, and data-driven reporting.

The candidate will coordinate calendars, prepare materials, and manage multiple HR and people initiatives, including talent acquisition, leadership development, and operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; HS diploma or GED required.
• At least two years of experience in project management, coordination, executive support, operations, or HR-related fields.
• Experience supporting senior leaders or executive teams, preferably in education or nonprofit settings.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate strategic projects with the Chief People Officer and regional teams.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, milestones, and dashboards.
• Manage calendars, meetings, and stakeholder engagements across multiple sites.
• Create and maintain trackers, reports, and executive summaries for decision-making.
