KIPP Capital Region is seeking a Manager of School Strategy and Projects to support the CSO and Schools Team across Albany and Troy, NY. This role focuses on planning, coordinating, and executing regional priorities and administrative operations.

You will manage strategic projects, maintain project plans, and provide executive-level support, coordinating with school leaders, regional departments, and external stakeholders to drive initiatives forward.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred; HS diploma/GED required.
• Experience supporting senior leaders or executive teams.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills; calendar management, meeting coordination, document prep.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate strategic projects with the CSO and Schools Team.
• Develop and maintain project plans with timelines and milestones.
• Track progress, update stakeholders, and ensure on-time execution.
• Support CSO administrative priorities including scheduling, meeting prep, and materials.
• Maintain confidential records and manage travel arrangements and events.
