BILL is seeking a strategic, hands-on Director, People Business Partner to serve as the lead People partner to the CTO and their leadership team. You will shape the people strategy for the Technology organization, lead a small team of People Business Partners, and help ensure the talent, structure, and employee experience needed to support BILL's growth.

Qualifications

10+ years of progressive HR/People experience.
Experience partnering with CTO/CPO in tech companies.
Experience leading People Business Partners or similar HR professionals.
Strong skills in org design, workforce planning, performance and talent management.

Responsabilités

Serve as primary People partner to the CTO and their reports, translating technology strategy into people plans.
Lead a team of People Business Partners delivering proactive support.
Drive performance management, talent reviews, succession planning, and leadership development.
Collaborate with COEs on programs and analytics to inform decisions.
Coach leaders through org design, change management, and employee relations.
