Job summary

SimplePractice LLC is seeking an Executive Business Partner to make our CTO more effective by shaping processes, technology, and ways of working. You will diagnose bottlenecks, lead targeted projects, and introduce AI-driven approaches to accelerate research, drafting, and decision making.

Alongside project work, you will handle light day-to-day coordination to keep programs running and align executive priorities with team efforts across the company.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in operational improvement, process design, or project execution.
• Experience at software or technology companies preferred.
• Strong project management and outcomes-focused, with measurable impact.
• Fluency with AI tools to speed research, drafting and synthesis.

Responsibilities

• Identify where executive time and attention are wasted and scope corrective projects.
• Design systems to improve information flow, decisions, and follow-ups for the CTO.
• Own discrete projects to unblock effectiveness, including meeting prep and reporting processes.
• Build infrastructure to keep priorities visible across the organization.
• Run pilot projects to test new ways of working before scaling.
• Evaluate and deploy AI tools to reduce workload and automate status tracking.
• Plan logistics for team offsites and cross-functional events, with AI automation where possible.
• Coordinate complex executive scheduling and multi-stakeholder meetings.
• Prepare briefs for key meetings using AI to synthesize context and materials.
• Handle administrative details to keep projects moving.
