You will partner with senior leadership to convert business goals into talent decisions, lead through organizational change, and build programs that improve performance and retention.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of HR business partner experience, with C-suite or SVP-level collaboration.
• Strong business acumen and ability to translate business goals into talent decisions.
• Proven track record leading change with data-driven insights.

Responsibilities

• Be the business and people strategist for leaders, translating business goals into talent decisions.
• Lead reorganizations, leadership transitions, and shifting priorities with plan and narrative.
• Increase talent density through calibration, promotion, and development of top talent.
• Shape company-wide programs (compensation, performance, succession) and iterate quickly.
• Raise the bar for the PBP team by handling complex client groups and setting standards.
