Job summary

Husch Blackwell LLP is seeking a People Business Partner to serve as a strategic partner to senior leadership across Milwaukee and other offices in a hybrid capacity. This role focuses on talent management, workforce planning, and organizational development to support the firm’s objectives.

The ideal candidate will bring 7–10 years of HR experience, strong interpersonal and analytical skills, and a track record of influencing senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7–10 years HR experience with talent management and workforce planning.
• Senior HR partnering experience required.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field preferred.
• HR certification such as SHRM-SCP or SPHR is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement talent strategies aligned with unit goals.
• Lead workforce planning and organizational design initiatives.
• Partner with leaders on compensation and change management.
• Collaborate on people projects and data-driven improvements.
• Provide guidance on policies, performance management, and engagement.
• Analyze attrition and engagement metrics to drive action.
