Job summary

Husch Blackwell LLP is seeking a seasoned People Business Partner to serve as a strategic advisor to senior leadership, focusing on talent management, workforce planning, and organizational development. The role involves data analysis, cross-functional collaboration, and driving continuous improvements across multiple offices.

The ideal candidate will have 7–10 years in HR, strong strategic and interpersonal skills, and experience guiding leaders through organizational change.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or related field.
• HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) preferred.
• Minimum 7–10 years in HR with senior partnering experience.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leadership to develop and implement talent strategies aligned with goals.
• Lead workforce planning, succession planning, and unit restructuring.
• Collaborate on compensation strategy and guidelines with HR Ops, Finance, and department heads.
• Coach managers and leaders through change initiatives and organizational transitions.
• Deliver guidance on key people processes, policies, and resources to support units.
• Provide performance management guidance and support employee engagement initiatives.
• Lead conflict resolution and employee relations activities with a consultative approach.
• Oversee offboarding processes and maintain smooth transitions.
• Analyze people metrics and provide data-driven insights to leadership.
• Collaborate across functions on people projects and cross-unit initiatives.
