Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• 7–10 years of HR experience with focus on talent management and organizational design.
• SHRM-SCP/SPHR or Change Mgmt certification highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leadership to develop and implement talent strategies aligned with goals.
• Lead workforce planning, succession planning, and unit restructures as needed.
• Provide input on compensation guidelines and partner with finance and HR Ops.
• Coach managers and leaders through organizational change and transitions.
• Deliver guidance on people processes, policies, and resources for units.
