Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive HR experience partnering with leaders in employee relations, performance management, talent management, and organizational development.
• Demonstrated business acumen with the ability to influence leaders and align people strategies with business objectives.
• Strong knowledge of federal and Wisconsin employment law; multi-state experience preferred.
• HR certification is a plus.
• Ability to travel between Milwaukee and Madison offices as needed.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Partnership with business leaders to translate priorities into actionable HR strategies.
• Provide guidance on workforce planning, organizational design, and talent development initiatives.
• Support job architecture, competency frameworks, and career pathways development.
• Employee Relations & Engagement: coach managers on relations, performance, and team development; foster an inclusive culture.
• Performance & Talent Management: support performance processes and development plans; monitor workforce metrics.
• HR Program Implementation: ensure compliance with laws and collaborate with Talent Acquisition and Compensation.
