Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field.
• 7–10 years in HR with talent management and workforce planning.
• Strong strategic thinking and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leadership to develop and implement talent strategies.
• Lead workforce planning, succession planning, and unit restructuring.
• Advise on compensation guidelines and policy alignment.
• Coach managers and leaders through organizational change.
• Deliver data reports and actionable insights to leadership.
• Collaborate with talent acquisition, L&D, and compensation teams.
