  • Minimum of 7–10 years of experience in HR with focus on talent management, organizational design/workforce planning, and strategic HR partnering.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic collaboration with senior leadership to develop talent strategies aligned with goals.
  • Lead workforce planning, talent assessments, succession planning, and unit restructuring.
  • Ensure compensation strategies align with firm goals and provide input on guidelines.
  • Provide coaching during organizational change and support managers and employees.
  • Deliver guidance on policies and resources to support unit needs.
  • Analyze people metrics, derive insights, and report to senior leadership.
