Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in People Business Partner or related functions.
• Proven ability to advise senior leaders on org design and workforce planning.
• Experience with Employee Relations on sensitive matters.
• Strong data-driven storytelling and decision making.
• Excellent communication and discretion.

Responsibilities

• Act as trusted advisor to senior leaders across Customer Experience, Implementation, and Sales Development.
• Drive high-performance culture through coaching and performance management.
• Lead org design conversations and headcount planning.
• Partner with Employee Relations on sensitive employee matters.
• Support calibration cycles and cross-functional People projects.
