Brex is seeking a seasoned People Business Partner to partner with senior GTM leaders, guiding org design, workforce planning, and change management while upholding a high-performance culture. You will collaborate with Employee Relations, Compensation, and People Operations to align structure with growth.

This role blends strategic advisory with hands-on execution at a fast-scaling fintech, offering hybrid work from our San Francisco office and flexible remote options.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in People Business Partner, Employee Relations, or related functions.
• Experience advising senior leaders on org design, workforce planning, and organizational change.
• Strong ability to use data to tell a story, identify trends, and drive decisions.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor and coach to senior GTM leaders and managers across Customer Experience, Implementation, and Sales Development.
• Drive a culture of high performance by coaching leaders on expectations, feedback, and calibration across their orgs.
• Use data and org health metrics to identify trends, diagnose root causes, and recommend interventions.
• Lead org design with GTM leaders to align structure and headcount with strategy and growth.
• Partner with Employee Relations on complex, sensitive matters with discretion.
• Support bi-annual promotion and calibration cycles for client groups, ensuring rigor and fairness.
• Drive cross-functional People projects with other People teams.
