Job summary

Baseten is seeking a People Business Partner in San Francisco to support the Go-To-Market organization through a critical growth phase. You will partner closely with GTM leadership to shape org design, structure, and leadership practices, driving talent and performance strategies that enable high-performing teams.

You will collaborate with RevOps, Talent, and Finance on headcount planning and change management, building scalable people processes and ensuring alignment with business goals.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive HRBP experience with GTM/revenue orgs.
• Experience supporting 400+ employee organizations during rapid growth.
• Strong commercial acumen in GTM and variable compensation structures.
• Ability to navigate high-stakes people decisions with compliance and judgment.
• Data-driven diagnostic skills and ability to build scalable processes.
• Thrives in ownership, pace, and ambiguity in high-growth settings.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to influence stakeholders.
• Must be able to work in-person 3+ days/week in San Francisco.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted people partner to GTM leadership with deep business context.
• Provide data-driven insights on org design, succession, performance, retention.
• Build management capacity, set expectations, and develop teams.
• Collaborate on headcount planning with GTM, RevOps, Talent, and Finance.
• Lead change management across GTM during growth and strategy shifts.
