Talkdesk is seeking a highly strategic Senior People Business Partner to drive organizational health, talent strategy, and commercial scale for the Go-to-Market organization, focusing on Sales and Marketing. This role operates within a regional PBP model and partners with VP-and-below leaders to align people initiatives with revenue targets.

You will balance strategic coaching with hands-on execution, shaping org design, incentive structures, talent pipelines, AI fluency, and performance

Qualifications

8+ years of HR/People Business Partner experience, preferably in GTM functions.
ELT-adjacent partnership with VP-level stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
Global HR technical expertise including US employment laws and GTM compensation.
Experience with organizational design, capacity planning, and scaling sales/marketing teams.
Change leadership experience driving AI-driven transformation in GTM.

Responsibilities

GTM Advisory: Act as the primary People Business Partner for AMER Sales and Marketing leaders.
Commercial Org Design: Advise on org design, coverage, spans of control, structure.
Incentive & Compensation Strategy: Advise on sales comp, incentives, merit cycles, promotions.
Talent Pipelines: Partner with Recruiting for headcount planning and talent pipelines.
AI Fluency: Champion AI fluency framework within Sales and Marketing.
Modernizing GTM Workflows: Help teams adopt AI-first workflows.
Enablement & Coaching: Coach managers to improve AI fluency via performance plans.
Performance Calibration: Lead mid-year and annual reviews calibrating performance and quotas.
