Talkdesk is seeking a highly strategic, high-autonomy Senior People Business Partner to drive the organizational health, talent strategy, and commercial scale of our Go-to-Market organization, focusing specifically on Sales and Marketing.

You will partner directly with VP-and-below leaders across Enterprise Sales, Inside Sales, Channel Sales, Field Marketing, Brand, and Marketing Operations to align people strategy with aggressive revenue and growth targets in a fast-paced, quota-driven

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive HR/People Business Partner experience.
• Experience supporting Sales/Marketing or GTM functions.
• Strong knowledge of global employment laws (US required).
• Expertise in sales compensation, incentives, org design and capacity planning.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary People Business Partner for AMER Sales & Marketing.
• Advise on sales/marketing org design, territory coverage, spans of control, and capacity planning.
