Qualifications

• 6+ years of HRBP experience supporting operations or frontline populations.
• Strong knowledge of employment law and HR compliance in 24/7 environments.
• Experience partnering with Legal, Talent, Finance and COE teams.

Responsibilities

• Own core HR processes end-to-end: calibration, compensation, planning and investigations.
• Advise and influence managers and senior leaders on complex people matters.
• Partner with Legal, Talent, Finance, and People Ops to scale solutions.
• Travel ~30% to data center sites to engage frontline teams.
