Job summary

CoreWeave is seeking a Director, People Business Partner to own the strategic partnership with Operations senior leadership and to build and lead a team of People Business Partners across a globally distributed organization. This player-coach role moves between executive strategy and operational detail, partnering with a mixed hourly and salaried workforce.

The base salary range is $182,000 to $242,000, with a discretionary bonus, equity awards, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Significant HR Business Partner experience, including building and leading a team of HRBPs or People Partners.
• Partnership experience in operations, data center, manufacturing, logistics, retail, or field environments.
• Experience scaling people support across new geographies, sites, or facilities.
• Depth in org design, workforce planning, talent calibration, leveling, and job architecture, data-driven.

Responsibilities

• Strategic partnership as the senior People partner to Operations leadership and involvement in strategic planning, workforce decisions, and org design as we scale globally.
• Build and lead a team of People Business Partners across the Operations organization, ensuring high-quality people support as the function scales.
• Lead PBP workstreams on geographic expansion in collaboration with internal People teams and build scalable processes for new sites.
• Advise on organizational design and headcount planning with Talent Acquisition and Finance to align growth with AI and automation impacts.
• Partner with Operations leaders on executive development, coaching, and succession planning for senior leadership.
• Drive talent mapping and calibration for Ops leadership, maintaining consistent job architecture and leveling.
• Consult on complex people matters balancing risk, speed, and business practicality.
