CoreWeave is seeking a Director of Data Center Engineering to lead our multidisciplinary team and define the technical direction for our global data center portfolio. Qualificações

• 15+ years of progressively responsible experience in data center engineering, infrastructure design, construction, commissioning, or operations.
• 8+ years in an engineering leadership or people-management role.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams across mechanical, electrical, civil, architectural, plumbing, controls, and life-safety disciplines.
• Proven experience developing, maintaining, and governing Basis of Design documents, reference designs, technical standards, and long-term infrastructure design roadmaps.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, manage, mentor, and develop a multidisciplinary engineering team across mechanical, electrical, architectural, civil, structural, controls, and other critical infrastructure disciplines.
• Establish the technical vision and engineering strategy for CoreWeave’s global data center portfolio, aligning with business objectives and deployment timelines.
• Govern Basis of Design, reference designs, and engineering standards; ensure design quality and constructability.
• Develop and maintain a long-term design roadmap for future data centers, identifying architectures and capacity needs.
• Coordinate across departments to translate requirements into scalable infrastructure solutions and ensure timely delivery.
• Serve as senior escalation point for complex engineering challenges and provide clear options and risk assessments.
• Drive reliability, efficiency, sustainability, and operational feedback into standards and future projects.

Formação académica

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or a related engineering field.
