- Develop and implement HR plans and solutions with senior management.
- Contribute to West Region HR initiatives across multiple geographies.
- Lead organizational design, workforce planning, and succession planning.
- Coach front-line managers and senior leaders on performance and development.
- Oversee compensation processes including salary actions and promotions.
- Address employee relations issues with fairness and transparency.
