Qualifications

• Significant HR Business Partner experience with leadership of HRBP teams.
• Proven partnership in operations, data center, or field environments.
• Experience scaling people support across geographies, sites, or facilities.
• Able to balance strategic advisory with hands-on partner duties.
• Deep knowledge of org design, workforce planning, talent calibration, leveling, and job architecture.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the senior People partner to Operations leadership in strategic planning and org design.
• Build and lead a team of People Business Partners across the Operations org.
• Lead PBP workstreams on geographic expansion with internal People teams.
• Advise on workforce design and headcount plans considering AI/automation impact.
• Partner on executive development, coaching, and succession planning for senior leaders.
• Drive talent mapping and calibration for Ops leadership and leveling standards.
• Consult on complex people matters balancing risk, speed, and practicality.
