CoreWeave is seeking a Data Center Operations Program Manager to lead end-to-end, mission-critical programs that ensure scalable, reliable global infrastructure. You will own the DC Ops roadmap, deliver milestones, and drive risk mitigation across hardware logistics, rack integration, and facility readiness.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program/project management experience in complex technical environments.
• Direct experience within data center, infrastructure, or hyperscale operations.
• Proven experience managing multiple, simultaneous, cross-functional programs.
• Experience in providing executive-level program status, risk, and performance updates to senior leadership.
• Fluency in project management tools such as Asana or Jira.
• Demonstrated experience establishing processes and driving execution in high-growth, fast-paced operational environments.
• Experience building and improving program governance structures and reporting frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of mission-critical programs ensuring scalability and reliability of global infrastructure.
• Own the DC Ops roadmap and ensure timely delivery of milestones.
• Resolve bottlenecks in hardware logistics, rack integration, and facility readiness.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for program health and deliver data-driven insights to leadership.
• Establish Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for global consistency and drive risk mitigation.
