Job summary

J.B. Hunt is seeking a People Business Partner to align business objectives with people solutions and deliver HR support across client groups. You will collaborate with internal and external partners on workforce planning, employee relations, and talent programs.

The role covers strategic and tactical HR activities, from annual reviews to policy implementations, while ensuring compliance and driving employee engagement within the organization.

Qualifications

• HR Generalist or HRBP experience across multiple HR functions.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and compliance.
• Experience in transportation/logistics is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree and SHRM/PHR preferred.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with leaders.

Responsibilities

• Provides consultation to align people solutions with business goals and compliance.
• Collaborates with leaders to manage employee relations and investigations.
• Supports talent programs, performance reviews, and competency development.
• Maintains HR policies, procedures, and learning resources.
• Partners with Centers of Expertise to develop HR programs and tools.
