Job summary

Johnson Brothers is seeking a strategic HR Business Partner to partner with senior leadership in talent development and organizational design. The role focuses on strengthening leadership capability, designing scalable people strategies, and driving employee engagement across the Operations side of the business.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years of HR experience, experience with organizational change, and a track record of partnering with executives to deliver business results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or equivalent.
• 8+ years of progressive HR experience, including HR Business Partner experience.
• Experience in talent management, leadership development, and organizational design.
• Experience leading organizational change and transformation initiatives.
• Excellent consulting, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to use HR data to influence decisions.
• Experience working with Unions.
• SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or related certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders to identify talent gaps and create development strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Design and implement leadership development, succession planning, and high-potential programs.
• Facilitate performance management processes including goal setting and talent reviews.
• Coach leaders on employee growth, career progression, and team effectiveness.
• Collaborate with Learning & Development to create impactful training initiatives and pathways.
• Drive organizational design initiatives to improve structure, scalability, and efficiency.
• Lead change management strategies to ensure adoption of initiatives.
• Align HR strategies with business objectives and ensure compliance with laws and policies.
