Job summary

CBRE is seeking a People Business Partner to help roll out and communicate HR initiatives, policies, and procedures. The role sits in the People Strategy and Operations function, overseeing programs and policies within the HR domain.

You will develop onboarding, career ladders, and performance management, provide employee-relations guidance, and partner with managers on risk and investigations. Travel up to 40% monthly is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 5–8 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist with onboarding, career ladders, succession planning, and performance management initiatives.
• Provide employee relations guidance, conflict resolution, and disciplinary action support.
• Work with managers to identify employment-related risks and begin investigations.
• Manage HR functions such as employment, labor relations, and compensation for a unit.
• Conduct training on performance management and diversity topics.
• Coach others and share knowledge within the HR function.
• Lead by example and align with CBRE RISE values to build consensus.
• Travel to sites up to 40% monthly with possible overnight trips.
