Job summary

Paychex Deutschland GmbH is seeking a driven sales professional to expand our PEO client base and increase revenue within the Sales organization. You will develop new clients and strengthen relationships by presenting Paychex solutions to decision makers, both in person and virtually.

Responsibilities include appointment setting, referrals, and onboarding new PEO clients, with travel as needed to meet the team and clients.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 5+ years of relevant sales or sales management experience.
• 2+ years of relevant sales/sales management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Under general supervision of Sales management and within quota guidelines.
• Identify customer needs and present Paychex solutions to key stakeholders.
• Schedule appointments and visit referral sources to secure referrals.
