Job summary

Paychex Deutschland GmbH is seeking a results‑driven PEO Sales professional to expand our client base and increase profitability. You will engage brokers and end users, present Paychex PEO solutions, and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to onboarding.

In this role you will build relationships, handle inquiries, and coordinate with internal teams to tailor offerings. A valid driver’s license and HS diploma are required, with travel as needed to drive growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in PEO sales.
• Proven ability to develop new clients and grow revenue.
• Strong communication with brokers, clients and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop new clients and expand PEO sales base to increase profits.
• Identify customer needs and present Paychex solutions to decision makers.
• Schedule appointments, visit referrals, and generate new business opportunities.
• Onboard PEO clients and ensure smooth transitions onto services.
• Travel as needed for conferences, trainings, or meetings.
