Paychex is seeking a PEO Sales professional to expand the client base and drive revenue in the PEO Sales organization. You will engage with decision makers, present Paychex solutions, and leverage broker referrals to secure new business.

The role requires strong sales experience, relationship-building, and negotiation skills, with travel as needed to meet clients and attend trainings and meetings.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in relevant sales/sales management or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2 years of experience in relevant sales/sales management or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience with selling PEO products is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Develop new clients and expand the client base to increase profits in the PEO Sales organization.
• Identify customer needs and present the Paychex solution to key stakeholders and decision makers.
• Schedule appointments and visit potential and current referral sources, especially brokers to secure referrals.
