Job summary

Paychex Deutschland GmbH is seeking a results-driven sales professional to grow our PEO solutions by acquiring new clients and expanding the broker network. You will work within a defined GTM strategy to identify client needs and present Paychex solutions to key decision makers, either in person or virtually.

Travel may be required to meet with brokers and clients as needed. Responsibilities include prospecting for new business, onboarding PEO clients, and ensuring a positive onboarding

Qualifications

5 years of experience in relevant sales or sales management (or equivalent)
2 years of experience in relevant sales/sales management (or the equivalent)
Proven ability to develop new business and manage client relationships

Responsibilities

Sell PEO products and services to new clients
Expand client base to increase profits in PEO sales
Schedule meetings and visits with potential and current referral sources, especially brokers
Prospect for new clients and referral sources outside current base
Onboard PEO clients and ensure smooth transition
Maintain accurate sales records and reports
Travel as needed for conferences, trainings, and meetings
