Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking a Manager, Strategic Sourcing to optimize PDS/IFM projects and drive best total cost of ownership across US client portfolios. You will lead RFP activities, contract negotiations and supplier relationships, collaborating with corporate teams to streamline processes and ensure compliance with policies.

You will bring 5+ years of strategic sourcing experience in construction or real estate, strong analytical skills, and the ability to lead

Qualifications

• 5+ years strategic sourcing or related experience.
• Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from four-year college or university.
• Proven track record in construction management industry
• Project management and business transitions experience preferred.
• Knowledge of supply base and/or sourcing practices in Construction/Real Estate industry a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute PDS & IFM Projects strategic sourcing; drive best total cost of ownership.
• Collaborate with corporate sourcing and PM teams to simplify processes.
• Use data analytics to set strategy and drive results.
• Advance the Preferred Supplier program to leverage scale and relationships.
• Manage RFP/bid, contracting, and operational processes for subcontracted goods/services.
