Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking a Manager, Strategic Sourcing to lead the optimization of PDS/Construction sourcing across the US. You will drive total cost of ownership by developing innovative strategies, collaborating with corporate sourcing and project management teams, and guiding supplier relationships.

Responsibilities include leading RFPs, contracting, and execution of subcontracted services, while ensuring compliance and ethics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required and 5+ years strategic sourcing experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide Project Delivery Services (PDS/Construction) clients and internal stakeholders related to optimization of sourcing strategies.
• Execute PDS & IFM Projects strategic sourcing to drive best total cost of ownership across clients' project portfolio.
• Collaborate with corporate sourcing and project management teams to improve processes via tools and clear communication.
• Lead RFP/bid, contracting and operational processes around subcontracted goods and services.
• Mentor/educate suppliers and participate in Preferred Supplier performance reviews.
• Ensure compliance with sourcing policies, risk management and ethics.
• Support diversity programs and speak to client expectations.
