Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking a PDS Sourcing Contracts Manager to drive strategic sourcing initiatives and manage full lifecycle contracts for Property and Facility Management services. You will lead RFPs, vendor evaluations, and complex negotiations while collaborating with legal, finance, and operations teams to balance cost savings with service excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in business, SCM, finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or contract management in commercial real estate or facility management preferred.
• Strong contract negotiation and drafting skills with risk management understanding.
• Proven track record of high-value contract management and cost savings.
• Analytical skills to interpret financial data and build business cases for sourcing decisions.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication across all levels.
• Proficiency in procurement systems and MS Office, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end sourcing activities including RFP development, vendor evaluation, contract negotiation, and supplier onboarding for Property and Facility Management services
• Develop and implement category-specific sourcing strategies that align with business objectives and drive cost savings while maintaining quality standards
• Draft, review, and negotiate complex service agreements, master service agreements, and statements of work with favorable terms and risk mitigation
• Collaborate with legal, finance, operations, and client account managers for seamless contract execution and stakeholder alignment
• Manage a portfolio of vendor relationships with regular performance reviews and continuous improvement initiatives
• Maintain contract databases and documentation systems with accuracy, accessibility, and retention compliance
• Monitor contract compliance and identify opportunities for consolidation, standardization, or renegotiation to enhance value delivery
• Conduct market research and benchmarking to stay informed on trends, pricing, and opportunities
• Support risk management by identifying potential contractual, financial, or operational risks and developing mitigations
