Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking an experienced Sourcing Leader to develop and execute strategic sourcing for facility and construction services across assigned accounts. You will ensure procurement standards, align client teams, and drive supplier strategies to meet contractual obligations.

The role requires a strong track record in strategic sourcing and 3-5 years in people or account management, with a preference for a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or Procurement.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of strategic sourcing experience.
• 3-5 years of people management and/or account management experience.
• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain or Procurement preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for facility and construction services across assigned accounts.
• Ensure procurement standards are developed and maintained throughout the portfolio.
• Align account teams and clients to drive supplier and sourcing strategies.
• Support annual sourcing planning and monitor results.
• Administer and maintain supplier contract files and ensure contract documentation requirements.
• Ensure compliance with sourcing and contracting policies and procedures.
• Conduct market and spend analysis to drive cost savings and supplier improvements.
• Lead supplier performance reviews, manage scorecards, and contract compliance.
• Provide guidance to operations teams for standardized RFPs/bids and contract processes.
• Coordinate with Corporate Legal and Risk Management on contract terms review.
