Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking a PDS Sourcing Contracts Manager to drive strategic sourcing and manage complex contract lifecycles across our Property and Facility Management services. You will develop sourcing strategies, negotiate master service agreements, and partner with legal, finance, operations, and client managers to optimize value and mitigate risk.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or contract management.
• Demonstrated expertise in contract negotiation and drafting with risk management principles.
• Proven track record of managing complex, high-value contracts and achieving cost savings.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret financial data and conduct spend analysis.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication across all organizational levels.
• Proficiency in procurement systems and Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced Excel.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end sourcing activities including RFP development, vendor evaluation, contract negotiation, and supplier onboarding for Property and Facility Management services
• Develop and implement category-specific sourcing strategies that align with business objectives and drive cost savings while maintaining quality standards
• Draft, review, and negotiate complex service agreements, master service agreements, and statements of work, ensuring favorable terms and conditions that mitigate risk
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including legal, finance, operations, and client account managers to ensure seamless contract execution and stakeholder alignment
• Manage a portfolio of vendor relationships, conducting regular performance reviews and implementing continuous improvement initiatives to optimize service delivery
• Maintain comprehensive contract databases and documentation systems, ensuring accuracy, accessibility, and compliance with retention policies
• Monitor contract compliance and identify opportunities for consolidation, standardization, or renegotiation to enhance value delivery
• Conduct market research and benchmarking analysis to stay informed of industry trends, pricing dynamics, and emerging sourcing opportunities
• Support risk management activities by identifying potential contractual, financial, or operational risks and developing mitigation strategies
