Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking a PDS Sourcing Contracts Manager to lead end-to-end strategic sourcing for Property and Facility Management services, drafting and negotiating complex master service agreements and statements of work while mitigating risk.

You will collaborate with legal, finance, operations and account teams to optimize supplier performance and deliver measurable value across a global portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or contract management in CRE or facility services.
• Expertise in contract negotiation, drafting, terms, conditions and risk management.
• Proven track record delivering cost savings through strategic sourcing initiatives.
• Strong analytical ability to interpret financial data, spend analysis and business cases.
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration across all levels.
• Proficiency in procurement systems and Microsoft Office, including advanced Excel.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end sourcing activities including RFP development, vendor evaluation, contract negotiation, and onboarding.
• Develop category-specific sourcing strategies that drive cost savings while maintaining quality.
• Draft, review, and negotiate service agreements, master service agreements, and statements of work.
• Collaborate with legal, finance, operations, and client account managers to ensure contract execution.
• Manage a portfolio of vendor relationships with regular performance reviews.
• Maintain contract databases and documentation with accuracy and retention compliance.
• Monitor contract compliance and identify opportunities for consolidation or renegotiation.
• Conduct market research and benchmarking to stay informed on trends and opportunities.
• Support risk management by identifying potential contractual or operational risks and mitigation strategies.
