Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated in the United States is seeking a Manager - Strategic Sourcing (IFM Categories) to lead sourcing strategies for facility and construction services across key accounts. You will drive supplier negotiations, cost savings and contract compliance while aligning with client expectations.

The role requires 10+ years of strategic sourcing and 3–5 years of people management, a Bachelor’s in supply chain or procurement, and a proven ability to collaborate with operations,

Formación

• 10+ years of strategic sourcing experience.
• 3-5 years of people management experience and/or account management experience.
• Bachelor's Degree, Supply Chain or Procurement preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure the sourcing function is delivering to client requirements and contractual obligations.
• Align with account functions and drive supplier and sourcing strategies across accounts.
• Support annual sourcing planning, drive results through program implementation and monitoring.
• Administer and maintain Supplier contract files to ensure compliance and documentation.
• Ensure compliance to sourcing and contracting policies and procedures.
• Conduct market and spend analysis to drive cost savings and supplier improvements.
• Manage supplier scorecards, contract compliance and service obligations; report results.
• Provide management with detailed guidance to support operations in RFP/bid and contract processes.
• Coordinate with Corporate Legal and Risk Management for contract terms review and approval.
