Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking a seasoned sourcing professional to lead PDS/IFM projects and optimize procurement strategies across the US. You will drive cost efficiency, manage supplier relationships, and align with legal and risk requirements in a dynamic real estate services environment.

The role requires a BA/BS and 5+ years of strategic sourcing, with strong analytics, project management, and communication skills to influence cross-functional teams and deliver results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a four-year college or university and 5+ years of strategic sourcing or related experience.
• Proven track record in construction management industry.
• Project management and business transitions experience preferred.
• Knowledge of supply base and/or sourcing practices in Construction/Real Estate is a plus.
• Excellent PC skills, proficient in MS Office applications.

Responsabilités

• Execute PDS & IFM Projects strategic sourcing to drive best total cost of ownership across client portfolios.
• Collaborate with corporate sourcing and project management to simplify processes and boost team productivity.
• Use category intelligence and data analytics to set strategy and drive results.
• Advance the Preferred Supplier program and demonstrate value of scale and relationships.
• Manage RFP/bid, contracting and operational processes with vendors, meeting client expectations.
• Ensure compliance with JLL’s sourcing policies, risk management, and ethics.
