Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) is seeking a PDS Sourcing Contracts Manager to lead end‑to‑end sourcing for Property and Facility Management services. You will develop category strategies, draft and negotiate complex agreements, and align with legal, finance, and operations to optimize value.

You will manage vendor performance, drive risk‑based decisions, and build supplier relationships to support innovation and service excellence across a global real estate platform.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of strategic sourcing, procurement, or contract management experience, preferably in real estate or facilities management.
• Proven contract negotiation and drafting experience with risk management principles.
• Track record of managing high‑value contracts and delivering cost savings through sourcing initiatives.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to analyze spend and build business cases.

Aufgaben

• Lead end‑to‑end sourcing activities including RFP development, vendor evaluation, contract negotiation, and supplier onboarding for Property and Facility Management services.
• Develop category‑specific sourcing strategies aligned with business objectives and cost savings.
• Draft, review and negotiate service agreements, MSAs, and statements of work with favorable terms.
• Collaborate with legal, finance, operations, and account teams to ensure smooth contract execution.
• Manage vendor relationships, conduct performance reviews, and drive continuous improvement.
