Job summary

ArlonEMD is seeking a technically fluent, commercially driven Sales Account Manager to grow revenue and market share within an assigned base of PCB fabricator accounts. This hunter‑and‑farmer role requires building strong relationships with engineers, procurement, and executives as you introduce Arlon and EMC materials.

Expect to travel up to 50% across North America, deliver tailored technical presentations, conduct product evaluations, and contribute to field initiatives and seminars.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Materials Science, Chemical, or related field).
• 3+ years in PCB fabrication or related manufacturing sector.
• Willing to travel up to 50%, including overnight stays.
• Valid driver's license and federal ID for travel.

Responsibilities

• Own profitable revenue growth across assigned PCB fabricator accounts.
• Identify and close new accounts by introducing Arlon and EMC materials.
• Build relationships with engineers, procurement leads, and executives.
• Collaborate with NA channel partners to distribute products.
