Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or related field.
• 1–3 years related experience in a technical account management or program management role.
• Willingness to travel, including possibly internationally.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with existing customers to support and manage business growth by developing strong relationships with operating departments and various management levels.
• Maintain existing and develop new business and forge new relationships with cross-functional organizations at potential customers.
• Understand customer needs and translate into product and service requirements with Boyd Engineering.
• Oversee the quotation process and coordinate with Sales Operations to prepare formal quotation packages.
• Engage with customers on commercial topics, including credit and shipping terms, payments, and contract negotiations.
• Monitor project progress to meet milestones and production schedules; utilize Salesforce CRM to track opportunities and outcomes.
