Job summary

SMS group USA is seeking a Corporate Payroll Specialist to take full ownership of our bi-weekly payroll processing and system optimization using ADP Workforce Now. You will ensure accurate payroll runs, maintain employee records, and support HR and benefits teams across locations.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in accounting and 4+ years of payroll/HRIS experience, with strong ADP knowledge and detail-oriented execution. A collaborative, compliant approach is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field with relevant payroll experience.
• 4+ years of payroll, HRIS, or IT experience.
• Extensive ADP Workforce Now experience (3+ years) required.
• Strong knowledge of payroll laws and compliance.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work with remote site locations and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Own bi-weekly payroll processing end-to-end and ensure accuracy.
• Configure and optimize ADP Workforce Now system settings.
• Manage employee self-service and manager self-service features.
• Coordinate with benefits and HR teams on enrollment and changes.
• Handle unemployment claims notifications and tax notices.
• Reconcile payroll expenses with accounting.
